With a new website and app in 2017, the Quorvus Collection pulls the curtain back on its properties, giving the chance to tour the hotels virtually. Our website serves to engage new audiences, so our QC app lives to enhance the in-stay experience of our guests.

With an upbeat vibe creating an inviting and vibrant atmosphere for city dwellers and guests alike, our new bar, Epicurean, will serve aromatic infusions and colorful cocktails using home grown flowers and herbs from the G&V’s EvoGro hydroponic. Enjoy cocktails, Scottish and Mediterranean spirits as well as an all-day dining menu.
Quorvus collection is committed to Care, Curate, Cultivate, so what better way than to have our own bee hives. G&V Royal Mile Hotel created a Hive-Course tasting menu, five stunning ways to enjoy the honey, from savory to sweet. They also featured the honey and the honeycomb in their new cocktails at newly opened Epicurean. It's no longer good enough to say you are local, we need to live and breathe our values, and our Bees are a great way to do this. Hopefully our 180,000 bees keep busy throughout autumn and continue to produce at the rate they have been, as customers just love the honey, and the story!
